He was an ordinary man, who firmly believed that there was no other secret of success except hard work. He had grown with determination as if the sky were the limit. His education too was nominal. He never stepped into any college. He did not visit Kolkatta. Yet, he learned Bengali while he was pulling the days hard with illness, and acquired an attractive style. His translations of Sarat read as though Sarat were a Telugu writer.
